experience cap?????

Did I understand right that experience cap can be removed? Does that mean that my character can go higher than 7th level? How can I do that?

Yes you can remove the cap..but if you try and import him/her to BG2 the experience you gained will not count.

Scroll to the Baldurs Gate/TotSC section, download the XP Cap Remover, and follow the instructions.

You should also download the level 30/40/50 rules (whatever your aim is) to get the full benefits. There is a readme file which explains the installation.
