Save settings for Nvidia .DDS files-with Photoshop

I have seen a couple posts floating around out there, and the closest to answering my question/problem occured on this forum

I HAVE photoshop, and the NVIDA plug in. I can open and edit the .DDS files i'm trying to work with (they are for The Witcher, if that matters). But when i go to save the file (even though i'm not changing the image SIZE at all), i am given a message saying "Image width and height must be multiple of four"

now perhaps i'm not opening the file correctly, but either way. if anybody know's the proper settings, i'd really appreciate the hand.


oh yah if it helps here is the "save settings" window i'm talking about
