Epic quotes in epic situations,spoilers.

I just love this game series for the atmosphere it sets. The trees in the woods of baldur's gate, the ambient sounds and the background music and the occasional bear blocking your path...don't you just love those moments? Granted, the dialogue in BG1 isn't always phenomal piece of writing, on the contrary, it could be a bit immature at times. But given the right situation, the appropriate music and dialogue, they could hit the nail right on the head. I'd like you to send situations you found memorable, be it because of the exceptional dialogue, the atmosphere, the hilarity or the overall epicness of the situation. The scenes can be from any of the BG games. So, I'll start with something that encouraged me to write this post, it's from BG1:

After you've killed the doppelgangers and saved the dukes in Sarevok's crowning seremony, the protagonist having said something along the lines of "Have a look at these documents"
Sarevok: "Angelo!!1! These are the men who killed the leaders of Iron throne, arrest them!"

Belt: "Wait! These men are not to be touched until I've read these documents."

Sarevok: "You don't need to read those documents, but since I know you're too stupid to take my advice, I'll just take your head!"

Just think about the anger he's going through while saying that! He'd seen how his plans were falling apart, piece by piece, and the final straw was struck when he was so very close to having his plans become true. One can't even imagine what he'd do to our main character if he got his hands on him. And how he acted afterwards; he killed his mentor, in his burst of anger, doing things purely by instincts, not by thinking things through as he used to, trying to save what there was left to be saved. The writers really managed to pick their words in that situation, not to mention the threatening music fitted perfectly :) So, please do share your own experieces! Hopefully there'll be some discussion.

**Spoiler Alert**

One of my favorties occurs at the end of the "Unseeing Eye" quest:

**SPOILER**
Spoiler
After dispatching the Elder Orb and you approach Gaal, the cult leader, you see his "flock" bailing out on him en masse. He desperately pleads for them to stay, then sees you and says "This is all your fault!"
Minsc is happy, another day's work putting the boot to evil! :)

Irenicus: "What? You have released all of my test subjects?? How wonderfully mad of you!"

One of the best lines in the game.

Unfortunally I can't think of any at the moment, and it's been ages since I last played, though I love the initiative and I'm also contemplating on doing a playthrough this sunday!

..I'll be back. :)

That's great to hear! :) What are you planning on playing this time?
I'll also start yet another BG2 playthrough once I'll have enough time to finish Sarevok off in the first one, only that very battle is left.

Gah, I was about to install the game the other day, but for some reason my SoA CD is gone. I've got the four-pack and every other CD is there, lol. So yeah, I wont be playing BG for a while unless I get my hands on SoA, which are not sold in the stores these days. :(

Edit: Oh my god, I've been reading through these forums for the past days now and I can't remember being this HYPED up on wanting to play BG:II, just ordered it now, should be here in a few days. YES!

(Sorry, not trying to hijack your thread here, hence why I just edited. Anyways, I'll be back with an epic quote in an epic situation once I get started.. For now, I've got to figure out what class I am to play - oh and I've got to sort out some mods. Cya!
