Hello,
The Snake Blood feat can apparently only be taken if you decide to start off with it. Now, I assume this is because it is related to your characters past/origins, but feats such as Courteous Magocracy can be taken at any time, and they're definitely related to your characters past as well.
So I was wondering; does the Snake Blood feat have some sort of effect on the Yuan-ti parts of the storyline - such as being able to pass the Eye of Sseth without undergoing any transformations?
Snake Blood Feat - Does it affect the storyline in any way?

To my knowledge, it does not help you pass through the to pass the Eye of Sseth without undergoing any transformations. It would sure take a large investment of time of to find out though.
I have not tried this feat, but even if it does, it seems like a waste (IMHO) to use a feat just overcome one obstacle in the entire game. Since you have a limited number of them, to me, feats would be better spent on things that have multiple opportunities for use. The conversion is easy enough to do, grants XP, which I doubt you would get otherwise.
Poison plays such a minor role in the game, plus antidotes and elixirs (which also heal 10 HP) are so easy to come by it just doesn't seem to me to make this feat worthwhile.
