Name this armor

look closely at the attached pics. can you please tell me what item is that red and yellow cape thing? i want it badly, but i haven't been able to find it using inventory editor.

[...] i have viewed all the textures in the "grn_texture" folder and was not able to find anything that resembled that cape. (using the colllector's edition btw) i have also used a save editor to plug in armors into my game to attempt to find it without success. perhaps this picture was taken from an early version of the game and the item in question never made it to the release. i'm pretty sure its not a mod, cuz these pics came from a site that reviewed DL, these pics accompanying said review. i would assume they would be using an unmodified DL. please help me out here

i have also wondered about this cape/armor thing and i believe it was removed with the collectors edition as every picture i see with this thing in it was from the original release/reviews "non CE edition" and all the youtube videos and pictures from everybody else on this site doesnt seem to have one using 1.4 or 1.5 patches
