Kotor II pc game help needed

Im traped in the temple 1st visit on telos ive talked top the hand madens and the jedi but the game wont let me free my ppl or leave the temple (secret acadamy) what can i do??? ans yes i did do all the sparing with the hand madens. im so lost :(
