Since Bioware's forum's have been removed, I am looking for a fix to the "x" appears busy bug. Thanks for your help on advance

Installing the official patch should fix it.

Right, Where should I find the official patch besides the one on Bioware...
Also, saving & reloading works, but sometimes it takes some 50 odd times to talk to certain NPC's.
