i have been searching for the werewolf for 2 days now and he still hasnt shown up and carmen wont give up his identity so where and when does he show im tired of running all over the temple district waiting for his furry butt i almost want to kill carmen for being stupid

Patience. It's part of the main story.

It's as he says...advance the main quest - Lock and Key. After you take out the two Salamandra bases, Leuvarden will tell you where the third one is, and in the course of that mission you'll be surprised by him.
