Casting level for non-damage spells

Post by Claudius »

With a mage/sorceror/wizard I definately noticed how the direct damage spells increase in power with higher arcane levels.

But the question is if the other spells increase in power? celestial and rune buffs? Nether summons and weaken affects or blood lust... all nether, celestial, and rune? I can't think of a mage spell that isn't damage.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

the celestial/nether/rune spells increase in duration and damage/healing, and the nether/celestial summons actually work(if under leveled nothing happens).

a little tip use the choking cloud(nether aoe) then cast 6 high level celestial(lvl15+) summons and sit back and collect stuff

Thanks, I used the editor to raise my nether to 25 and summon rats and it summoned like 10! But the second summon only did 1 so you cannot make a rat army hehe. I was going to try to crash the game with rats.

I think I have a post floating around here that gave a semi guideline to the effects of (skill level vs. Spellfire vs. experience) - when factoring the net power of a spell.
