Will i kinda got stuck when the captain Okatta closed fragrove and I couldn't find any way to get through it . I've searched everything even map too lol but still there's nothing i can get in fragrove !
So i would love to know and thanks to anyone who knows about this quest!

I think I know what happened. Talk to Emindore in Arrindale. That triggers fargrove to open to you. Thats what I think it is. Do you know any of the questions I have posted in the game?

Edit: You have to place the horn of galdryn in talendor first. Then emmindore will talk to you again.

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.
Thanks for the answer mate and will I think i ran to Emindor twice and nothing happen . It was like he didnt want to meet me or something so i had to go back and forth like crazy but somehow i can't even get in fargrove and the guards kept saying i gotta have to wait for that Okatta's permission etc
Actually I've been playing this game for 4 years but that patch was 1.1 and when i updated it to 1.5 then this things happened Ugh.
I would say this game is great game that i've ever played for a while now and Yeah i just looked at ur tips but i think i did it in a different way lol but still i passed all of them But after i returned the relic and came back to fragrove then this things happen :/

That should trigger a new talk with emmindore. I haven't gotten that far yet. New run since a long time. I restarted and am leaving fargrove on the way to arrindale.

Yes i did put the relic on the relic stand and I still remember that Emmindore reminded me after return the relic then go talk to him again but when i get there then he didnt want to see me . Did you talk to his bodyguard? I remember problems with emmindore before when I played in 2008. Do you have a savegame somewhere before that? Maybe it was a bug with emindore? Try talking to the elf bodyguard.
Vince I was able to talk to emindore a second time. Here's what I did... not sure what helped:
1) got argalia and returned to galebrian
2) talked to miriko and apothecary lady
3) talked to tiger man
4) talked to emindore the 1st time
5) got moonstone in lake lohr
6) went to talendor and activated moon bridge
7) went to galdryns castle and placed the horn on the relic stand
8) went back to arrindale and activated moon bridge
9) talked to emindore a second time
