stuck on thievs guild quest

i am doing the taking care of lex quest and i need some1 to make a new list, i know its a stranger, but unfortunatly i killed all the beggers that will tell me it is him, so i cant get him to make the list. can some1 help?

You shouldn't need to talk to any beggars to be able to forward any of the thieves' guild quests. If the stranger won't talk to you, either your game is glitched, or you haven't stolen the list from the castle steward yet.

The Stranger is in a derelict house next to the Mage Guild.

lol ur right, i didnt steal it yet as soon as i got there i went to the green arrows. ty
