Not really sure they do or not. I remember they had the DLCs for Oblivion in there, but not sure about the actual game.

There's of course other digital means by which you can buy Oblivion, such as Steam, D2D, Amazon and Impulse all have the game for sale.

I am not sure how your PC would function without a working disk drive, so the question seems somewhat moot.

Not sure after your last clarification what you are asking for if not for a way to download the game...

I'm with pulverizer on this. I'm not really sure what you're talking about. If you're talking about your DVD-drive, then what does that have to do with getting the game via any of the methods I mentioned. None of them require you to have a working DVD-drive.

Ah, so it's your optical drive that's not working (DVD/CD). In that case, all the examples Ares mentioned would work -- they are all direct download to your hard drive, without any need for physical media.

DVD Drive stuck shut?

If the drive is stuck shut for some reason you may be able to salvage it with a paperclip. There's a itty bitty hole on the front of the drive where you can stick the end of a straightened paperclip in and pop the drive door out. Just did this yesterday on an old computer that I using for copying vinyl records to disc.

A DVD-Rom Drive should only cost you $20-$30 on amazon, or less, and they are really easy to install yourself. The only thing you need to know is if your old one way IDE or SATA (most likely).

If you don't want to do that, then Oblivion is available on Steam for $20, or $25 if you want the GOTY edition.
