Hello Everyone!
This is yet another thread about Korgan & Aerie, but please bear with me.
I have been romancing Aerie for a while now, & she is at the "Screw My Wings I want to live!!!" stage so the romance is near an end (For SoA). I have not had Korgan in my party for the whole game (Hell I never talked to him). Anyway, I read somewhere that Korgan will somehow start to "respect" Aerie
I think it had something to do with Aerie being in the late stages of the romance that she could stand up to Korgan (or at least be in the same party without leaving). So my question is (without resetting variables or cheating) can I have both of them in my party?
Aerie & Korgan...
From what I remember, Aerie and Korgan have a banter in Throne of Bhaal where he insults her and she insults him back, which seems to amuse him and the dialogue ends on quite a positive note, especially for Korgan. I've never played with them both in my party during Shadows of Amn, but I read somewhere they fight at some point. Not sure about the details, though.

So do you think I should pick up Korgan right before I head to Suldanessellar? Or do you think I can risk having him through The Underdark? Right now I'm finishing up some of the quests in Athkatla...
I should make it clear I do not (& never plan to have) Haer'Dalis in the party...
Right, I decided to take Korgan, so hopefully he won't be TOO much of an ass...

I've had both in the party at the same time, some amusing banter, but not as good as with Mazzy. However I wasn't romancing Aerie at the time so that is probably the key. It is possible however that the right dialogue options could make a difference, as I'm sure is having the right level of Reputation. Also there is the Haer'Dalis factor which may have an impact.
I'm not sure it's worth the risk this late in the romance though; sure Korgan is the best straight fighter in SoA (IMO), but apart from the romance Aerie is potentially the most powerful NPC in ToB.
