So I killed the krayt dragon, but my characters just attack the corpse and then it disappears. Is it not possible to get the dragon pearl now? Now I can't complete several quests involving getting the dragon pearl.
Edit: I thought the pearl was inside the dragon and I had to loot it, but after checking my inventory it's there. My question is no longer relevant and this can be deleted.

even though, you already figured it out on your own...
but, Yes, once you complete the dragon quest, the pearl should automatically go into your inventory
if I recall, I believe there is also a line of dialogue (if playing on the dark side) that you can trigger, to turn on the hunter and kill him and take his pearl as well...
having two can help, (if its worth the DS points, to you) as you said there are several quests involving getting the dragon pearl... its also a great lightsaber upgrade, and worth 500 credits in the hunting lodge
though, I always, cheat, an itemdupe it like a dozen times, anywhere lol
