Can someone list some? I found one weapons merchant, but I don't recall where. I would like to find more, or find him again so that I may sell some extra weapons.

The first merchant is in the old abandoned gas station, it is right on the road to the limb clinic. There is also one that is in an apartment building, can't recall what building it was though.

The second one is in the northern area. On the left side before you can crawl through the small tunnel that you can use as a shortcut to get to the Chiron building. You have to take the ladder on the outside of the building and then you have to search on the second floor I think for an open door with two guys, carrying rifles, inside. But his stock is a bit more limited than the one in the gas station.
Was it moved or something?
