I'd love to dude, but it's all very demotivating at the moment.

Youtube managed to freeze the views for this video, so not only do I not know how many people have enjoyed it, I have no idea from what promotion source they have viewing it from.

Makes a mockery of any work I put into publicising it and gives people a sense that the vid is less popular than it actually is.

Thanks for the positive comment, but since yesterday the only feedback I've had is another person disliking the video - and pre-release I showed it to a whole cross-section of people and not one said they didn't find it funny (except a 65 year old uncle, so I kinda ignored him, not really Youtube's demographic).

A major problem with promoting is people will often dislike you just for the fact that you're promoting, they don't like being promoted to, regardless of content. But I don't know how one is supposed to get the attention one deserves without some form of promotion. And for this video especially, I think it has genuine popular appeal and for it to be languishing in the great un-noticed is more of an insult to me than an insult to the video

So without more support, I'm afraid I'm going to have to give in to the malice and do something else with my time
