Keeping up with quests

Post by pingu53 »

I have alot of games i play and sometimes i dont play certain games for a few days/weeks, this is a problem with Arcanum because the quest log doesn't give much info about who gave me the quest and what to do, so if i dont play the game like everyday and keep it in my head, i'll totally forget about what i was doing

how do you guys cope with this? it really hinders my ability to enjoy the game, i dont really like looking through walkthroughs

By now, I know most of the quests by heart. Apart from that, walkthroughs are your best bet. Gamebanshee's resident walkthrough is pretty good at avoiding spoilers.

Well the solution's obvious, innit?

Play Arcanum to the exclusion of everything else. Problem solved. :p

(Or, if you really don't like walkthroughs, you could try keeping a written log of your own.)
Speak softly, and carry a big stick. Or better yet: a big, sharp blade. :D

Yup, that's how they did it in the good old days. Drew a map on a piece of paper too. Ah those were fun days.
