So I killed Bodhi and even reading the book I had to google on exactly how to resurrect the npc which my character is romantically involved with.
And she's completely without equipment and inventory. Thankfully I have the save before we went to the Graveyard District but still, I find it crazy for the game to be made this way, basically forcing the player to do actually reload (if it's lucky to have that save) and strip that npc completely.
Does her equipment being stached somewhere and I missed it or is it actually like this?
vampirism cure = loss of equipment
The equipment should have been distributed amongst the rest of the party. However, if you have full inventories then the stuff gets dumped on the floor, you can even lose essential items this way. You should have got a message telling you this, something like 'Your item has been left on the ground', but it's very easy to miss this in the middle of combat.
The best way to avoid this bug though is, if you know a member is going to leave to take all her/his gear. The Bhodi kidnapping is one of the more annoying features of the game. It even happened to Viconia when she was my romance, and she had, amongst other things over 100% magic resistance, I found this seriously infuriating.
Distrbution of games, is becoming a little like Democracy (all about money and control) - in the end choice is an illusion and you have to choose your lesser evil.
And everything is hidden in the fine print.
