Weapon Master build question.

Hey everyone!
I tried looking around on the forums and elsewhere on the internet, but cant seem to get my answer :

I'm playing a Warrior/WM, and I got level 5 WM and was wondering if Ki critical and Improved critical stack, so basically If i stop getting WM levels?

Also, I was wondering at what point would it be interesting to get one or a few barbarian levels?
