Clay golem page

Where can I find it? "Cespenar's Forge" page of GameBanshee says it's in Rock the Minotaur's safe, but where is that?

Right then since you asked, the Safe of Rock the Minotaur is located on the forth level of Watchers Keep (Lum the Mad Level)

Never upgrade beyond it. The other golems suck

I've already upgraded to stone golem, but when I went to Cespenar with the Clay golem page, he skipped right over saying I didn't have the proper page to upgrade. Is there a progression you need to follow?
