Ok let me explain what happened I have done all the quest correct up to where it say that I need to go talk to the other watch members and see if they are corrupt or not and I had save and not played in about 3 days I log back in and see a guy standing in front of me who this the guy that you have to tell to go back into the bar and drink, problem is I never talked to that guy when I had saved that last time now it wants me to go back and protect hagen again I went back and he wasn't under attack I talked to him and went back to the city watched and talked to the Cormin or something like that now I have to go back and talk to caleb again and he isn't where he is suppose to be and I can't progress with game until he is dead and I can't talk to the guards and continue with that part of the quest any ideas on how to get past this and move on.

Sounds like you loaded the wrong save game.

Make sure you save the game under at least 2 files (3 is better) and save over them in turn.
