sorcerer can't cast

I have a rogue/sorcerer 7/8 that suddenly can't cast the last three levels of spells. Since he could before and this only happened after Fields of slaughter I do not know what happened. Help!

So your sorcerer is now limited to level 1 spells instead of level 1-4 spells and resting doesn't fix it ?

Did charisma drop from 14+ to 11 ? Does casting eagle's splendor at him help ?

I fianlly went back to fields of slaughter and redid it. Now in Severed hand it works.Must be a bug.
