New PRCs - Kaedrin's NWN2 Custom Content

I have a feeling that the spell system for the Hexblade and other classes like Assassin/Avenger took awhile.

Thanks for posting this. I haven't been keeping up with the NWN community like I used to so it could have been another month or so before I found out. I'll have to install this later today.

Weird.. he lists it as 1.42 as released on his website, but on the vault (download) it specifically says 1.41.4. (which is same as before).

The file has probably been submitted but not put up yet. There used to be some delay before, but I don't know what the time frame looks like with the new management.
