talk with spirits in ds2bw

I'm Spanish. sorry if I do not speak good English, but I have a question ...

is that I can't talk to spirits taking the Dungeon Siege II BW ... Active singing "Vox Mortem" and so can not speak with any spirit ... Does anyone tell me how to talk to them?
I reinstalled the game 100 times and so can not speak with the spirits

Have you started the quest? Have you actually learned the song?

I have the song, I sang it and does not work :/ I'm playing with the Dungeon Siege II expanson

I'm playing with the expansion too. Have you completely uninstalled it & reinstalled it? (Deleted the entire folder, except savegames?)

I already did many times, the mission does not work, I tried everything and nothing works for me.

Have you tried the community patch? I think there's a thread about it in the forum here, somewhere.

What happens when you try to talk to a spirit? The chant only lasts for 5 minutes, so you'll need to speak it right before talking to a spirit.
