Strategy for move silently and hide in shadows

Post by Claudius »

I'm playing BG1:ee and that uses the infinity engine just like BG2

So what is the strategy with MS/HS? Should I raise both to 100? That's what you would do in pen and paper if I recall.

What do they do and what is your strategy for raising them?
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

Eventually I raise both to a hundred, or even more later in the game. Not sure if opponents level/experise reduces your chances, but by the end of SoA I usually have points to burn. I don't put any points in either of them until I have OL & FRT up to 100 though, and sometimes I even leave it until after raising trap setting to 100.

Cool, thanks. I was raising locks and traps first but I wondered if I should take some stealth to help our crew in the battles.

You can always use invisibility, and later improved invisibility.
