I did exceed rogue level, level 5 mage 4 rogue. And I did get thieves skills back, but the adv points granted at level 2,3,4 rogue disappeared. Somebody else on a forum also said this happened to them, so I am trying to figure out if it is a bug for all users? I don't understand computers, why would some get a bug and some not?
Anyhow if it does *usually* work I would consider export/import of my char and hope it works the second time.
Shadowkeeper is hard to get to work for ee so far as you have to go into things that could screw up your computer and I am not that good with 'puters so I will pass.
Thanks.

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

The above link allows shadowkeeper to work, I just copy the data folder before patching. The author for this is creating some pretty handy stuff as well. In the requirements section it sounds like you will need a "bg2 install with shadowkeeper" but it is working for me without.
Can't speak for the thief bug (though bounty hunter has some bugs for me).

Thanks. Someone on the official forums said that the bug I encountered happens when you leveling up to your class you hit the esc button to check for stats or see about getting max hp. This is possible, but I have a save before leveling. I am not sure whether I had already hit esc previously.
