Subtitles.

Post by Tricky »

I can't remember or seem to find how to turn off the subtitles you get during voiced dialogue sequences. I'm sure this was possible, right? I just.. don't see a toggle anywhere.

By the way, I tried to search the forums. I figured there would be an answer somewhere, but it seems to be broken.

From what I've found on Google, it is NOT possible to turn them off.

How strange. Well, thanks. I looked on Google too, but it seemed a bit inconclusive. But it's alright, I'll just have to get used to them.

I think (like Banter) - it was designed this way..

Basically a few voice-acted lines to set the dialog in your head, with the rest as text. Under this circumstance it would break continuity to NOT have the text "subtitled" when the starter voicing occurs.

It's also part of the menu system so that you can see what occurred before so that you can respond to it (..though it's also presented in the calculation box as well.)
