NwN bug? can't perform smoke ritual in chapter 3

Hi there guys,

Rather new here and I don't play much games, but Nwn is some game I'm hooked to!

I'm now busy in chapter 3, starting to go for the smoke ritual in the creator ruins.
But damn!, I can't get into the "Alchemist apparatus", not by bashing it, using it, casting spells on it.
But I have to perform this ritual to get any further in the game!

I'm in god mode(off course!) have a level 20(straight) druid.

Does anybody else have a problem something similar like this?
