Simply put, I picked up Steam's NWN2 platinum some time ago, since my CDs were increasingly scratched and unusable. When I attempted to play MotB a couple of days ago, I began to find that various items of importance simply weren't appearing ingame, no matter whether they were supposed to be in containers or if an NPC was meant to hand them over; namely, so far,

The Shape of Fire's Cinder Husks and the Pure Sanctuary Water, needed for Gnarlthorn's quest, two of the three fragments of mask (the Woman's fragment turned up, for some reason), all of the supplementary golem parts (clicking on the placeables just causes them to vanish, with no other result), and the Mysterious Puzzle [ /spoiler]
Does anyone have any clues as to how to solve this? I've tried the usual solution - emptying the override - and I can fudge my way through using the console, just about, but I'd really like to be able to fix it. I seem to remember NWN2 is no longer supported on Steam - could that be it?
