im in hell (end of SOA) and just got my undead hunters hlc ability-summon deva. unlike my druid (fallen deva) and sorceror (planetar) its on spec. abilities. i knew that would happen but can i only use it once or does it come back after a good nights rest?

You'll get it back after resting.

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

Each time you select an ability you get 1 use per day. So if you choose Summon Deva again the next time, you'll end up with 2 uses per day. This is also the case for other abilities, but not the spells that Mage, Sorcerer, Cleric and Druid get - these one you can use as many times as you can memorise it.
