I never really invest in Manipulation because I never run into money problems in the game (that might be up for some re-balancing if Wesp ever runs out of things to do). However, the description of Manipulation in the game does kind of imply that you can 'control' events more to your favour. What I'd like to know is, does having a high Manipulation result in a moderate amount of unique dialogue at all?
Finance options in conversations are always there of course, that's not really what I mean. There *is* a lot of manipulating going on in the game, but you don't ever really get to play Jihad yourself. It's usually the other way around, but it would be fun if you could turn the tables and have someone else do the dirty work.

You would know. Thanks.

I agree with Wesp. I don't remember any manipulation in conversations. Haggle for lower prices with people, seduction to entice others to you, etc. But no real manipulation that I can recall.
