Rangerbug?
The ranger gets just three spells (from the druid spells) at each of the three first spell-levels. Why does a Ranger/Cleric get cleric and druidspells up to seventh level? Is this a bug?

hmh ...
The reason that Ranger/Cleric gets all druidic spells could be that Ranger's get access to all animal, plant etc. spheres normally reserved for druids. It's just that cleric side of them allows casting of higher level spells compared to being limited to only 1-3rd level spells when being a ranger.

Kevins Patch? Where can I find it. Is the patch accepted by bioware or Black isle (etc)?
You can get the Fixpack at Baldurdash. This is not official, so there is no support from Bioware, but we've all come to respect Kevin's work. I'm sure everybody around here will recommend you his Fixpack.
Will this patch let my existing Cleric/Ranger put three points in dual Wield?
Yes, it will.
There's also a recent topic here at Gamebanshee's where he announces his latest version of the Fixpack.

It sure is! I think Kevin even has his name mentioned in the latest official ToB patch.
