I wanted a secret agent type build. Just mentioning that because I have Unarmored. I'd take hand to hand over shortblade in reverence to the character Silk in the Belgariad (sic) series, but hand to hand is not really viable in Morrowind.
Race: Khajit
Sex: Male
Sign: Steed (<--- I hate slow walking/running)
Specialization: Stealth
Attributes: Luck/Intelligence (<--- INT for roleplay)
Enchant 30 INT (bat suit)
Unarmored 30 SPD
Block 30 AGI
Athletics 35 SPD
Security 40 INT
Shortblade 25 SPD
Sneak 25 AGI
Alchemy 15 INT
Speachcraft 20 PER
Acrobatics 35 STR
Strength 40 ..........1 M/m
Intelligence 50....... 3 M/m
Willpower 30........0 M/m
Agility 50........2 M/m
Speed 65.......3 M/m
Endurance 30......0 M/m (leveled first through training)
Personality 40.......1 M/m
Luck 50
Health 35
Magic 50
Fatigue 150
Encumbrance 200
What do you think of this build?

Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

Says who? Certainly you need a back up option for when you face foes who can only be hit by magical weapons, but otherwise it works fine. In fact I found it to be the most effective form of attack against Vivec and several other foes.
The only criticism is never ever have alchemy or sneak as majors or, in Morrowind, Minors. True it's not as #vital in Morrowind as it is in Oblivion, but I'd still have left them out.

Thanks for the advice on sneak and alchemy and hand to hand. Maybe I will take mercantile and hand to hand which fits Silk from the Belgariad trilogy.

Kheldar was also pretty darn good with a dagger too, just don't ask him to walk through walls!
