Keldorn gone, not at the order house

So there I was, showing that lich Azamantes (or whatever) whats what, when he casts what I believed to be Maze. Having been quite used to this spell by now, I proceeded to kill the lich until it died. Then I noticed Keldorn was still gone. I shrugged, and saved. Then I rested, and he is still gone. I checked the area, no petrified Keldorn, no corpse, no nothing (muh items). I checked the order house, not there.
I then tried to h4x the bg2 files to see if I could sniff up where he is hiding, to no avail. Also tried Shadowkeeper, but I'm not very good at it.
Help?

Maybe he is [url='http://www.gamebanshee.com/showshot.php?/baldursgateii/spells/images/imprisonment.jpg']imprisoned[/url]. Did you try a Freedom spell?
