Why can't me avenger upan' use the blue or the white dragon plate and what is the next trigger from dialouge 27 in Jahiera romance?

bioware came to their and decided to put a message in the game: use clerics. they decided to annoy the players by hiding in the fact that the druid cant use some of the best armor in the game, even though they should

@Craig - I have not come across blue and white dragon scale, but my Avenger is happily wearing red dragon in ToB and now has AC-7
