Can one 'doctor' up the party reputation (or whatever)

Post by Claudius »

If there is an NPC that will leave because my party is too good is there any way to get evil points without turning in quests an evil way. I want to play as a virtuous group, but I want a few evil chars just to powergame.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

It's hard to avoid. Best advice: get caught stealing, so your reputation doesn't exceed 18. (Which is the point, I think, that evil members leave.)

If you're playing BG Trilogy or Tutu then the G3 Tweak Pack has an option to stop NPCs leaving or even getting angry over reputation.

I think that the lion's share of mods works with EE just as well.
