Alas I have searched high and low and have been unable to locate this spell. The only reference I have found is that the smithy in Tradesmart might have it. My journey there was in vain. The poor smith had never heard of the spell. Does anyone know where I might find it?
As I recall it Tensers Transformation is not in BG1.
As for BG2 - I can't remember any excat location but you might try the Copper Coronet (after slavers-quest) and the Adventure Marts in Waukeens Promonade.
If it's not in the Coronet or the Adventurers Mart I'm pretty sure you can get it in Trademeet.
But IIRC, the guy on Waukeens Promenade on the northside (above the Seven dales Inn) should sell it too.
