Kilkreach Catacombes

Post by ArCondon »

Sorry, I know know my last post was lame,BUT I am at Kilkreach Catacombs @ 15th lvl and getting my ass kicked by Malkoran. Have tried potion of cold prot. ,scroll of guardian circle, and of course multiple heals. Should a 15th lvl even be here, or come back later? THX in advance

Coming back later might be the best option if you don't have the necessary equipment hitting power to get through.

Hit and run tactics can work here, if you can succeed in drawing out his minions one or two at a time they shouldn't be too hard to deal with. He can be a handful though.

Personally I usually make sure I have at least one killer potion that paralyses, does lingering health damage and health damage, which I use on my first bow shot on him; which usually kills his mortal form.

Another option is to go out and come back with reinforcements, you should have Lydia available by now at least.

Unfortunately she is keeping me from luring shutting the door and trying to get recovery time, she just charges through the doors even though I told her to stay.

Try taking her melee weapons away and just leave her with a bow, that's what I do; I never allow followers to have melee weapons all the time.
