How does this work? The Walkthrough says to press X-Y-X-A "when each of the four progress bars reaches a point that is in between the two arrows". I don't see any progress bars, just a single bar and pressing X=Y=X-A doesn't do anything.
The instructions sound like they're for the Xbox. If you're on a PC, then you'll probably need to use the left mouse button and the E key.

I tried that and I still don't get any progress bars. Pressing the left mouse button before pressing E causes the squad to draw their weapons. Well, if you're failing to mix the cure, then at least you've figured out how to start the puzzle. The status bar shows up in exactly the same place as the "start mixing" button, so that's where you should be looking for the progress bar and arrows.
