Ego Draconis, the Fjords
I have reached the Fjords and worked my way down to the beach, found the waterfalls and primordial cave. Now, most of my side quests require me to travel down the fjords to other locations, but I am at a bit of a loss. I cannot go on land up the mountains (I have not found a path up, at any rate) and flying is ok until I reach a Dragon-free zone shield barrier, then I am stopped .
I know from walkthroughs that I should us a teleport, but I can't get past the shields to the teleports to shut the shields to get to other teleports. At least so far everyway I fly around or over the mountains gets me to a no fly zone and a sticking point. So how do I get to the teleports? Around the shields? Move around the islands and fjords, Is there some trick?
What am I missing? I have spent more than a few hours over three days trying to figure this puzzle out, so help, please?

There is no path up the mountains at the start of the fjords, except the one leading back to Broken Valley. There are some sections on the mountains where you can wander around and find stuff if you transform, though (most of which is either visible in dragon form or near something of interest).
If you fly out over the water from the start of the fjords, you should see a bunker high in the mountains behind some anti-dragon shields and defences. That is where you need to get to lower the barrier and disable the shields (there are a couple traders in there, as well, after they surrender).
You can either use a teleporter to get up there (the Camp Sentinel View teleporter, on the west side of the island in the middle of the channel, on a ledge directly above the left Nest Tower as you approach the cliff, will bring you to Camp Eagle's Nest, where you can access the bunker) or it is also possible to fly above the anti-dragon shield and drop down in human form, if you find the right spot.
If you are past that point, the anti-dragon shields around the harbour and High Halls can not be lowered. You need to transform before or above them, and proceed on foot.
