Dousn't he want to talk to you when he's in you're party, or when he's just standing in nashkell?

Try this: Get another PC with high charisma to join your party, and have that PC talk to Minsc.
There's nothing a little
poison couldn't cure...
What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

I did just that, I had Imoen (CHR 16, I believe) talk to him, but I wouldn´t even get a dialogue window !

Well, you could always get Dynaheira first and then wander by him again
I'm pretty sure he'd talk then

He'll probably thank you, offers you to take Dynaheir over (annoying withc) and if you refuse he gives you the boot

I never tried her out that much, because it is a two for the price of one and that makes rotation very limited.

Just wanted to let you know that Minsc won´t even talk to Dynaheir after I rescued her. Coming back from the Gnoll fortress, I stopped by at Nashkel and had Dynaheir talk to Minsc, or rather try to talk to him. He wouldn´t reply, no dialogue ! Strange, huh ?

Well, normally if you would have rescued her, Minsc should have jumped on you with pleasure, but apparently something went wrong (bug?). Maybe you have a save-game from before Nashkel, coz else I don't think you can get Minsc, not that you need him in BG1 so much, enough characters available to choose from.

I agree on that, Xvart village was just too great. Wished there where more of those instances...

what is your main pc's alignment and reputation. maybe that is why minsc will not talk to you. this happened once before in one of my games but i never figured it out.
Crush enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of the women.

Well, I play a CG half-elven Ranger, so I think Minsc should find a kindred spirit in me... only that I am somewhat more clever than he is
