Could someone please tell me the whole skinner quest, and what to do, to who to talk, etc. (including the trademeet part)
I never did the whole quest, at first i ended up killing tanner, just by walking in his home, in my latest game the buy in trademeet didn't appear

Skinner Quest Spoiler Request
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.
OK, here come the spoilers..
OK, the Skinner Quest (spoilers):
------------------------------------------
It all starts when you first enter the Bridge District. You will met the Lieutenant Aegisfield, who will "fill you in". Proceed further. Near the Saerk's house are 2 pillars, with the 'arc' over the street. At one of those pillars stands an old beggar. Speak to him, be friendly. When the old bum asks for 100 gold for the "information" he has, give it to him. Who cares about 100 gold anyway.. You will get a skin, exotic skin. Move further..
Near the Five Flagoons in is a chick, Rose Boquet. Speak to her about the issue (after you pay her 'fee'). She will tell that the thief smelled of guril berries. She will point you to Ben Dalenek or whatever his name was, a mechant. Ben is very confortably right near the Rose, speak to him.
Ask about the skin, he will tell that it's from elephant, rather exotic, good for strong armor and usually only tanners have it, since it just isn't lying on every corner. Ask him about the guril berries and he will give you 3 samples. Go back to Rose. In any case, you have now 1 good lead - the skin - but it isn't enough yet..
Speak with Rose, let her check the stuff Ben gave. She will identify the oak bark, which is used in tannin. Another good lead, and this time 2 leads are good enough to go and check on the tanner. Go to his house now, it's pretty close..
When you enter, ask the tanner about the murders. He will start talking a round text, you tell him to cork it, that you have the evidence. He will then crack actually up and confirm it, without you having to even accuse him. Heh, fool he is.. In any case that's a lead no. 3 and a sure proof. Naturally he will try to escape, what he also will do, and you have fights ahead.
You will not see or hear about him for quite some time, until you get to Trademeet. Note that you HAVE TO help the Trademeet to solve it's druid and Dao djinni issues, which are not hard as they start in the same area (Trademeet in general) and also can be completed in same area (Druid Grove area in general). Once you have done that, the Tirdir mother will find you, since you're the hero and they need one to help them. Enter Tirdir mother, go to their house..
Tirdir will tell to you a story about skinless creature and somewhere he will also tell, that one creep called another Reijek. Tadaa! Our ol' "buddy" is apparently here now.. They will tell you to go to SW gate of the city, it's the exit near the Temple of Waukeen. Go there..
You will meet Darsidian Moore outside of the gate. Agree to help him to chase down the Skin Dancer, and he will tell you to come to East gate, near the area which is separated by a wall, with yellow tent roof or whatever.. Look on the map, it's the area near the main city gate, cannot miss it. Go there..
When you get there, the Raissa is there, with Darsidian Moore, telling you to kill Reijek, who is lying down there. Don't be too fast, speak to "Reijek" there. Wonder wonder, "Reijek" will call out "Tirdir, is that you?" Oopsie, looks like all is not what it looks. In any case, "Raissa" standing there will not stand for it, spurts few angry words and changes a form. So does Darsidian Moore and they both attack you. Quite funny, they are so pathetic..
Kill them and the real Raissa will jump up, pick up her skin and "wear" it. However, she needs to have the spell Restoration cast on her. Either cast it on her from your spellbook, or go to temple and buy a scroll, and then cast it on her. Tadaa! All are happy, wedding is coming and Reijek bites the dust.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Mind it that this is the "good" side of the quest. Heck you can do this always. However, there is also a "bad" side of it, not connected to the Reijek end. You did get the 'human skin' from his house back in Athkala and a note, telling to meet a dude in Imnesvale village in Umar Hills. There's a dude, human in leather armor wielding a hammer, who sells some stuff (outside of the inn), trash mostly. Buy from him the "History of Zhentarim" and he will ask you to tell the "right" name. It's Darcin Cole I think.. He will then ask you to bring him the blood of the silver dragon, after which he can turn the human skin you have into evil +5 leather armor. Now if you want to REALLY finish the "good" side of the quest, you will kill him too, as soon as he asks you to get the blood
If you are 'evil' don't kill him and play on. However, getting that armor and to the dragon - that's a wholly different story..
Sorry if something is off here, I am writing this as I remember it. I think it should be correct, however if it's not then someone will probably correct me.

This is the way that I usually do the quest.
- Enter Bridge district, Lieutenant Aegisfiel talk to you
- Walk down, talk to the beggar near the arch, get elephant skin
- Talk to Rose, find out about the scent
- Talk to the fat merchant, talk about the elephant skin, get items for Rose
- Talk to Rose, get her to identify the smell
- Go to the Tanner's House, confront him
- Chase him down to the basement, fight
- Go back and talk to Lieutenant Aegisfiel
- Go to Trademeet, (the timing doesn't really matter, I usually finish off quest that are in the city before doing quests outside)
- Talk to the High Merchant, get Druid Grove quest
- Talk to the Genies, get their quest
- Do Druid Grove quest, and the Genies's quest as well
- Go back, talk to the Genies, talk to High Merchant
- When you exit, a woman, Jenia, should approach you and ask for your help
- Meet her at her house
- Talk to Tiris, agree to help
- Exit and go to the bottom left of the map
- Talk to Darsidian Moor, agree to help him
- Go to the right of the map and a bit up, from where you are
- Darsidian Moor will tell you the kill the "Skin Dancer" - do not do it, it's actually Raissa, who you're there to save
- Talk to the "Skin Dancer" instead, the real Skin Dancer will attack you, kill him
- After that Raissa will get her skin back and you need to cast Restoration on her, if you don't have the spell you can buy it from the temple there.
It's been awhile since I played it, but I'm pretty sure that's what you need to do. If you want me to expand any part of it, let me know.
