Aside from the Sewer Key that one finds in the quest in Firkraags' lair, you get to acquire the chapel key after finishing off the greater wraith and some shadow demons.

What is this key for?

Nothing, I heard it was meant to open a door later on in the dungeon but then it was changed so that door could be picked by a thief and the key was no longer needed.
