The Twisted Rune

Um...Where exactly IS the Twisted Rune (that area that the SOA walkthrough talks about in the docks district)? I went to the little area that the corresponding number pointed to, but I didn't see any door. The only door I found was locked and it was on the side of the building where one of Kangaxx's body parts is.

I believe you have the right door but you need to have an rouge stone in your posession in order to open it.

It's at the Bridge District and you do need a rogue stone to open it.
