Themed Parties

Anyone else ever create a multiplayer party based on a certain theme? I just started a game based on Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time:
Rand al'Thor- male human sorceror, chaotic good (ideally, he'd be a kensai/sorceror...but...wishful thinking =p)
Perrin Aybara- male human berserker, lawful good, grand mastery in axe
Matrim Cauthon - male human blade, neutral good
Moirane - female illusionist, true neutral
Lan Mandragoran - male cavalier, lawful good
Aviendha - female monk, chaotic good

couldnt think of anyone i could validate as being a cleric...
i think it would be funny to tack minsc's speech onto Lan, and have him yell "i must protect my witch! at moiraine"
heh, anyways...what other themes have you guys come up with?
