Marton Mother Cannot be found

I have the Eggs, I am in the temple but the mother isn't,

Have you checked all the areas/rooms? if everyone is dead I believe you should be able to leave through the main doors of Ust Natha, if you can't you'll have to CLAU console your way out.

I have the cheat mode, but I do not know the code to get out!

here you go

Hit Ctrl + Space then type this

CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("xxxxx")

xxxxx = AR2100

This should move you to the underdark part, probably where you came in at.
