Portrait Problem

Ok guys, i feel kinda dumb about this cuz it seems like nobody else has had this problem.

I have absolutely no idea how to do custom portraits in BG1. I can do it in BG2 easy, you just put the two pictures in the portraits file. But there is no portraits file in BG1. It says in the book and in the readme to put it in the portraits directory which is in the install directory of the game, but i can't find either of these. There are no files or folders that you can put portraits in that i have found. Am i just stupid?

You have to create the Portraits directory in your BG1 directory. ;)
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
