I've just downloaded the files for the bonus merchants (the extra items).
I'm supposed to copy the files to the override folders of BGII right?

Yes,
The merchants can be found in the adventuresmarket and the copper cornet (jolov sometimes appears just outside the copper cornet)
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.
