Weapons And Items That Increase Number Of Attacks...

Post by ElvenKing »

As the title says. I'm posting this with the hope of putting together a complete list of all the weapons and items that will PERMANENTLY increase a characters number of attacks per round while equipped.
I'll start with the ones I know of and hopefully some of you can point the way to ones that I have missed!

1) Kundane +2: Shortsword of Quickness (increase attacks by 1)
2) Belm +2: Scimitar of Speed (increase attacks by 1)
3) Scarlet Ninja-To +3: Ninja-To Of The Scarlet Brotherhood (increase attacks by 1)
4) Tuigan Short Bow +1 (increase attacks by 1)
5) Light Crossbow Of Speed +1: The Army Scythe (increase attacks by 1)
6) Gauntlets Of Extraordinary Specialization (increase attacks by 1/2)

So far this is all I've been able to find.

Later,

Boots of Speed does 1/2 per round for fighters, I think... :)

Are you sure that Kundane increases attacks by one, because in the description it doesn't say so (it says speed is 0, but is not the only weapon with that feature)?
But if it's so, is a good discovery!

Yes, Kundane does increase the attack by one, yet I'm reluctlant to think it's a bug though...

Is that a feature of Kundane, so programmers forgot to quote that on properties of the sword, or is a feature of the weapons that have 0 as attack speed?

The programmer forgot to say it in the discription, since the Attack Speed factor and bonus to Attacks per Round are completely different things - and requires different settings.

And THAT makes the Kundane much more useful, since the Short Sword of Backstabbing +3 also has a speed factor of 0. I´ve always regarded Kundane as inferior.
