Does anybody knows what effects influence the need of rest of PC and NPC?
Is it time (in-game or real), fighting, personal abilities (strenght, const. etc), the weight of their baggage (maybe compared to their max) etc.
To me happen that in my group not all my PC/NPC get tired at the same time (between the first and the last usually a coupple of minute) so I was wondering how it happens.
Thanks

I believe that there is a fatigued timer after a certain amount of gameplay (ingame time). But this is modified by a high con score and there's also a "Luck" factor - don't ask me what the "luck" factor is about, I was just stumbling over it in a 2DA file.
Yet, if you travelled for, say, 20 hours (from the city to a wilderness area) just before the "fatigued timer" was about to kick in, then I don't think any con modifier is great enough to make a difference - meaning that all your party members will feel tired at roughly the same time.
